Japan's Prime Minister Shinzo Abe announced a stimulus plan worth of 5 trillion yen, mainly to offset the impact of a +3% VAT hike to begin in April 2014. While Abe did not provide many details about allocation of the budget, local newspapers suggested that about 20% would be allocated
