Asian shares climbed offsetting declines seen Tuesday, along with fears spread among investors on speculations the Federal Reserve Bank will reduce its bond purchase program. The MSCI Asia Pacific Index climbed 0.4 percent by 9:51 AM in Tokyo, recording the first gain in four days.
