The Japanese yen has posted gains on Tuesday, as USD/JPY trades in the mid-117 range early in the North American session. There are no Japanese releases on Tuesday. In the US, Durable Goods Orders posted a sharp decline of 3.4%. Later in the day, we'll get a look at CB
